Who is behind it?

Name: Oleg Gutsol
What he does: x3mpeople.com was a developing idea for some time, then February 2007 it became a reality
and appeared online. I developed the concept and idea, prototype of the site and performed the initial coding
(yes, I designed and coded the site).

Name: Ruslan Doroshenko
What he does: Ruslan takes care of operations, hardware management, software design and does coding on his spare time.
He is also a
sysadmin superstar for x3mpeople ;-)
